Looking at this photo brings back bad memories. I used to feel ashamed, sad, discontent, depressed, melancholic, suffering and guilty.

After this therapeutic process, I like to look at this photo to see the changes I have made in myself. Now I feel encouraged, happy, inspired, relaxed, serene and excited.
